"This insurance team was recommended to me by a good friend. This team made the process really easy for me. They were easy to get ahold of by phone and gave me a quote immediately, plus sent it over in writing. I was able to get coverage while buying my new car on a Saturday afternoon and had proof of insurance via email before driving home. "Everyone in the office here is always super friendly, and helpful, and I never feel pressure to like, sign up for things I don’t need or want, or feel like I got caught up in some weird double speak. The last time I called, Michael was so quick to help resolve a problem I’d been having, and just was so pleasant to talk to, and explained things really clearly. And also, helped me notice how to get my premium down! Yay! Great experience, 10/10!"

"I moved from Texas and the office of Kelsey state farm in Florida has always screwed things up. My license got suspended cause they canceled my insurance and said I didn't pay. I showed them I paid it. It's crazy how they can mess things up. And there was other stuff. I would not use this office."
